Call Parking

One of the easiest ways to manage calls. Simply Park the call (think of it as valet parking bays) and anyone can pick it up.

Call Hold & Transfer

Puts the call on hold before deciding where to transfer to
Put the call on Hold so you can contact another extension about the caller. If required, you can transfer to any extension.

Ring Groups

Helps control calls to a busy office
Ring groups allows ringing of different groups, like sales agent extensions or admin extensions.

Any Extension Pickup

Ringing extension light flashes when un-attendant
Allowing call pickup from any phone. Group Pickup allows any extension to answer a ringing call. Any handset can pick up anyone’s call.

Busy Light Function

Extension available will show green light, un-available red light
